Once we receive your long block we disassemble,clean,align bore,check thrust and machine if neccessary,install all new bearings,reground crank,rebuilt balanced rods,reground cam & lifters,hone & re-ring the pistons & cylinders,bead-blast heads & resurface deck,3 angle valve job w/all new valves,new push rod tubes, gaskets & seals, re-surface flywheel & set end play w/new silicone seal,install distributor drive gear,new Bosch plugs,new oil switch,new oil pump & sump screen.

"Same-as above longblock and we will disassemble all parts,clean,paint all tins,rebuild carb/s,new points,condensor,fuel filter,fan belt,3 qt.s oil,reassemble,& install on our test & tune stand where we will run & tune it for 15 minutes,re-adjust the valves,timing,carb/s,and check for oil leaks...then we will run it for another 30 minutes to insure proper running,then strap it to a pallet,and ship it to you!!
