Not a kit car. Production of this car is reported to be around 150. This is # 27 of 150 produced by the small firm in Blegny, Belgium. GOOGLE: apal coupe
The Belgian specials are built on VW platforms but ran either 356 or VW power and accessories.
The engine is an un-numbered case featuring a big bore 1720cc, 1963 S90 heads, and the usual hop up goodies. Muffler system is a merged ceramic coated exhaust.
356 B drum brakes, spindles, ZF box and tie rods(VW do not fit). Porsche VW hybrid
