Complete remanufacture of and 12 Volt conversions of 6 Volt 90mm diameter OE, German BOSCH generators, from 1950 to 1965, now available. Our shop renews these generators to like-new condition, with NOS and new parts, while you keep the look of your 6V early engine with the correct generator, but you can have a 12V electrical system. We can remanufacture your generator ($375, including return shipping) or you can purchase a correct unit from our stock, exchange.
All our units are individually custom hand remanufactured by master automotive electrical specialists with over 30 years of experience in the generator, regulator, and starter field. Every unit is load tested for all variables, at all RPM's, for optimum performance and function in normal driving or extreme racing situations. These units are remanufactured to equal or better than factory specifications using NOS and new parts, as required. They also appear like new and function as well or better than original equipment, NOS, or factory rebuilt items.
We have a 2 year warranty, from date of purchase, on all parts, workmanship, and labor and will replace items or refund your payment, less shipping. We cannot warranty items that have been abused or handled or mounted incorrectly.
