Heilite Valiant expandable trailer 1968 Price: $950

I bought this 1968 Heilite tent trailer more than a year ago but have used it very little. I did some fix-its and have kept it garaged when I am not camping in it. I need space in the garage so it is time to pass it to the next owner.
I installed new tires and rims, properly rated for the trailer, along with new safety chains and electrical hook-up. Has the original taillights, exterior paint, latches, and black and yellow license plate, etc. The vinyl covers on the foam mattresses are original and in great shape. The vinyl flooring is original as well.
This is a two wheeled trailer so it is easy to move around off of your vehicle and does not require a special two-ball hitch like the single wheel model.

The canvas is decent but will probably need replacement in the next couple years.
This trailer tows easily and expands out to provide a surprisingly large amount of floor and bed space. The side compartments lock from the outside and are also accessible from the inside.
The trailer is easily pulled by a VW. Check the original scanned ad for weight specifications and other details.
