BRM's, Sprintstars, Porsche 911 style Fuchs, 5 spokes, 8 spokes and 2 liter alloys for VW Volkswagen. Now the most sought after wheels from the 60's and 70's have been reproduced at an affordable price. After years of price gouging from many of the manufactures and retailers, BRM's, Sprintstars, Porsche 911 style Fuchs, 5 spokes Empi’s, 8 spokes Empi's and 2 liter alloys wheels for VW Volkswagen and Porsche have been reproduced to give your car the 70’s cal look. All new modern tooling and materials have increased the strength and or lightened the BRM, Sprintstar, 5 and 8 spoke. Although original Porsche alloys were forged, they are commanding a hefty price to match. Let alone trying to find original 4.5 Fuchs. Original BRM's were magnesium and very brittle and prone to cracking. Original 5 and 8 spoke Empi wheels were 2 piece and notorious for cracking also. Some of these original wheels are a small fortune but not very practical for the daily driver. The new reproduced alloys are made in 1 piece and with original style center caps.
