Ahhh! We made it home safely. The car ran like a dream and handled very well through the winding roads of the coast line. My wife and I will remember this trip forever! There's something about a Volkswagen that just says fun! We got lots of looks and thumbs up with the car and everyone has got to comment on it. Thank you David O and Todd! The car was everything you said it was and more. I can't thank you enough for sharing him with us. We will take the best of care with him! I know it is kind of a cliche but we have named him Natcho! Yes, the windshield wipers did work but about 5 minutes after my wife took this picture we learned how well a defroster doesn't work in a Volkswagen! My wife had to wipe the windshield every 5 minutes so I could see where we were going.
