too narrow and we welded it at a faint angle, just enough to screw the whole thing up and end up buying one. S my life!

hated the PO's old white paint. experimented with Rust-Oleum satin finish on the bottom followed by clear. most people thought it was professional.

PO said it was new... not a chance. hasnt given me any trouble since I rebuilt it in the garage. 1641cc/Engle 110/ 40-35 heads ported and polished/ balanced German crank rebuilt, SVDA,Solex 35mm PDSIT with all the mods, home made glass-pack muffler works awesome, Full flowed with CB parts, standard Doghouse cooling, built IRS tranny converted to Swing- all new parts done correctly. (yes the apron is removeable and Im still in the process of machining some cover plates to clean up the appearance.

still needs wet sanding and polishing but Im pleased overall. this car was this color originally from Germany= OG Turkis green. my fender bead, mats, and rag should be Como but you still run out of money when you do it yourself.

started popping out of gears and leaking worse and worse as soon as I got back to Oregon from Stockton! I hate dishonest PO sacks of crap. $800 and a year later, thanks a lot; chump!

Thanks PO... tranny went out 3 weeks after I bought it. Engine slapped together, incorrect everything, leaking carbs, black oil, heads shot, wiring mixed, and it all "looked" good at first. You really pay for it in the long run if you get impatient and impulsive.
