With the new top Lenny installed latched, the doors are so tight this is as far as they will close.

I had Lenny install this chrome trim and the chrome immediately began flaking off. I called KGPR and they informed me that the piece was installed incorrectly and caused the chrome to flake off. This spot is right at the bend on the passenger side. Lenny ordered and installed the part, but will not acquire a new one for me.

My handle used to stay up by itself when latched closed. When it came back from Lenny, it doesn't remain closed any longer.

Brand new seal that was torn because Lenny installed the top too tight and caused the door gaps to close entirely.

This damage was not visible when I took my car to Lenny. When the old top was removed, the damage "appeared." His installer advised Lenny to let me know, but Lenny had him install the new top without giving me the opportunity to address this issue.
