The white one (top) is from a 1966, the blue one is from a 1968. The right side is nearly identical (with the 68's being slightly longer), but the left has a different bend entirely.

mounted/installed by previous owner.

no brand or real markings on backsides. nor ET or backspace measurements. just '4YH' and a max load warning stamped in there.

measure about 6 inches wide through the spokes edge to edge.
about 3.25 inches center to inner edge. about 4 inch, or just under, from center plate to inner edge.
