How I ran mine (T1 single cab):-
I cut a hole in the removable valance panel and fitted with a grommet to protect the line and ran the line through it to get it out of the engine bay without cutting the body
Split the line with a non-return valve below the valance panel to allow the line to be separated to remove the valance panel when the engine needs to come out etc.
Ran the line in to the left-hand frame c-channel, then forward and
alongside the frame up and over the rear torsion tube, secured in place with zip ties
Ran the line forward the rest of the way inside the the frame c-channel, secured with zip ties and used foam pipe lagging to protect against chafing where it passes under the transverse crossmembers. (Parts of the frame and running gear project lower than the line where it passes under the crossmembers, so I'm not concerned about it being damaged by road debris etc, without me knowing.)
