67 Beetle ollie6a
This beauty was sold to me by a retired Colonel of the USAF and used for a daily commuter by his wife. After her death, the car was stored in a barn and I bought it and had the body taken off , sandblasted to perfection, and painted beige. I moved to SC and an old garage mechanic painstakingly restored the rest in 2009 and it has sat in my garage since then. I do not think I have driven 30 miles. Recently, I put in a new battery, brakes, and was told my gas line was clogged and there was sediment in the tank. The tank was replaced and, as you can see, the interior is new, as well. I hoped my kids would enjoy the car, but have recently retired and a bunch of toys have to go. The car is a few points off a number one, and I was going to bring it to that level, but retirement ensued and I will sell it to some with more energy and time.
I recently purchased this Beetle. Vin# is 117045247 an Eng# is H0243023
