Looking at purchasing 1971 VW Camper. Engine runs well. Very little rust around wheel wells, door frames, rain gutters, cabin floor. Some typical spots have rust ie underneath front windshield. Underneath the van is different story. Please see pics and let me know if i should run in other direction or if that underside rust is fixable or fine to deal with. Can anyone give me some direction?

Manufactured by Skyline.
Measures 3" in diameter.
Was originally manufactured white, PO must have painted black.
Appears to be made out of cast plastic or resin type material.
Appears to originally had some sort of self adhesive backing.
