ID this early bay rear bumper

What is this ? I picked it up loose in a junkyard years ago. I thought it was a '72 bumper but after researching the '72 only bumper, I 'm not sure exactly what this bumper goes to. It has brackets welded at the rear and at the sides for the splash pans.
EDIT it’s a split bumper ! Dummy
