I think this is a modified Westfalia Rack from 1959 - 1960 It slopes and has 2 holes on each end for the slats. I has 13 slats which are 53" long and made of aluminum The height from the floor to the bottom of the slats are 9 1/2" on the low end and 11 1/4" on the high end. The uprights for the top rack are marked 16188
