This is all digital model SW 2000D Dynamic Balancer. About $15,000 now in the used market.
This is what I exclusively use at home in VA to balance the lower assemblies. It is way simpler than the other SW2000 balancers, but parts are getting rare. So I really take good care of it.
The Stewart Warner 2000 models have a lot of parts support still and they remain a contender in the industry to be some of the most reliable soft-bearing balancers every made. I have loved them from way back when I bought them.
Getting into balancing is not cheap at all. But you gotta love your hobby.
