The original battery tray has rust.
The '66 came with the hold down stamp that attaches with the stud on the right and the clip on the left. Clip visible in pic of the tray still in the bus.
The 66 also has the later stamping for the tray. Close up pictures compare the tray pieces removed to a new Gerson repro '67 battery tray. The stamping is like the '67.
The '67 tray will get modifed to have the correct attachments for the battery strap as used in a '66.
