That looks like a lot of fun. Although the pics are kinda small. I would like to see more of it.

Have you had it in the sand before? What are you running for power?

what about suspension? that thing looks to have some decent ground clearance

To tell you the truth I am not to sure on the susp. It looks stock with KYB shocks.

Its a 70 with wide five thing drums and I think it has a thing front end. I couldnt tell if the fronts been cut and turned but....

I bought it almost a month ago and have been having a great time putting it together. I got some susp. seats and a steering wheel for it along with the paddles and re-did the motor. new tins and that stuff along with a full tune up. the motor Looks a hundred times better than it did the day I got it!!!!

I threw the front bumper together here at work with some scraps from another project, came out OK but Im going to re-do it when I put in the cage....

This weekend is my first trip out with it. I will be at wash 15 in Glamis if anyone else is going, stop over and say hello.

what size are those rear tires and wheels?

That that one huge ass rack! It has a OG look to it, know anything about it??? Bumper looks dam good for scraps too. Careful running those paddles with the "stock" baja fenders first time out.

You gonna leave the A-team stripe??

The rear wheels (paddles) are 13.00 X15 extreme Sand Squirts on 15X12 Douglas wheels with 14mm studs.

The rack was built by the previous owner. I kinda like it but plan on making some changes.

As for the stiripe, I think it looks kinda cool as well. Im not sure if Im gonna keep it or not, it will be awhile before I paint the car so....

Ill post a follow up monday on how it does in the sand!
