Uncut doors? Do you mean the body & doors are from a single mould? If so, you may be looking at a Perry D's replica 550. They take a non-shortened VW chassis. Very cheap kit, in both quality & looks. Retail on them is $3500 Check out www.spyderowners.com for some insight on replica Spyders |

Steve,
Yeah. That uncut door comment is worriesome to me too. Also when you mentioned that a buddy was going to make you a tube frame. All Becks come with a tube frame already grafted to the body.
Also, getting a kitcar on the road in Canada can be a problem, some members at www.spyderclub.com have dealt with Canada and will have some better answers for you.
If you want to see pics of my build you can visit www.pbase.com/photoaaron
Good Luck
