Found this deal on another site, sound good or??
Alright gang, I have my 2110 VW that I took out of my car to put a Subaru in. I no longer need this motor. The reason I pulled the motor was because the oil pressure had dropped down to about 15-20 psi. I have no clue why or any idea if anything is really wrong with the motor. Could have been the St. Anthony altitude. The motor has Mahale pistons and cylinders, Cb ported heads, 10 mm head studs. Scat 1.25 rockers, chromoly push rods, full flowed case. Not sure what rods are in it as I am the second owner. Comes with the flywheel as well as other misc. piesces suxch as oil pump and distributor. Was origanlly built by Heads-Up Performance and has about 2 1/2 seasons on it. Compression is 8 to 1 as it was a turbo motor. I am looking for 600 obo. If you are a gambling person this could be for you. Motor still ran strong when pulled but know that something could be wrong with it. I will get some pics posted later. |

Offer 450.00, buy it for 500.00, tear it down to check bearings, clean, rebuild, toss a turbo on it and burn up some road/dirt!
Difinitely got enough parts to makeup the money. |
