ok, so i took the body off the frame again. will the bedliner adhere to bondo?

also, can someone run me through the heater channel replacement? ive seen a few sites, but is there any really in-depth pics about it?

oh, i think ill just replace all the brake lines and the master cyl, and the hoses. can i just use fuel hose or do i have to get a brake-rated type of hose?

KDF, please do not use fuel hose for your brakes. There really is no need to change the metal lines unless they are leaking. You can get brake hoses,master and wheel cylinders pretty cheap from just about any parts house. Once again DO NOT USE FUEL HOSE FOR YOUR BRAKES,later Mitch.

I concur, fuel line is for fule and brake line is for brakes. Are the lines you are talking about from the resivor to the master cyliner? if yes then it probably comes with on of the items when you buy them.

Are you still running the motorcycle gas tank? Just wondering how far you can go with a small reserve.

yes i meant from the res to the master, and the hose that goes to the wheel cyl. from the metal. i have all new wheel cyls and shoes, and i will probably get a new master soon.

i still have the bike tank, im not sure if im gonna use it, it will need a new petcock

The bed liner will adhere to bondo, but if the bondo cracks or breaks off in peices, the bed liner will come right off with the bondo.
