I was putting on my one-piece front end when I ran into all kinds of trouble (typical VW style :x ). When I went to bolt on the front bumper that attaches to the front end, I wasn't sure which bolts on the axle to bolt it to, the top or bottom. Both options had incorrect features that got in the way of the bumper. Really, anything anyone can tell me about this whole procedure of putting it on would be great. It's so hard to find any sites or repair shops that can help me with this. :( :cry: Thank you very much.

Maybe your problem is the front end is bent, it looks like it in this picture:
