does anybody know if this size will fit my 356C, 165-80-15. I have 4.5 wide rims.

That tire will fit. That's pretty much the standard size for those rims these days. Typically, you don't see an aspect ratio with them, usually you'll just see tires with the size 165SR15 or 165R15. (The aspect ratio on these is usually in the 78 - 80 range.) 155R15 tires will also fit your rims.
