| Alright, it's stinkin hot outside and getting hotter and my oil light just took a crap. It doesn't stay on it just flickers off and on. At first it seemed to correspond to the RPM but I am not so sure now. I bumped the oil up from 10 w 30 to 20 w 50. How do I tell if the oil pressure sensor is kaput? Could it just be the connection? What should I check? Thanks |

| You should probably do a manual oil pressure check with an external guage to be on the safe side. then if its all ok check all the connections and replace the sender.My oil light will come on at idle if my oil temp gets above 225, which isnt that often but when i run it hard in soft sand the temp will climb. |
