hello - i am in the market for some new wheels for my 83 Westy - i came across a set of Eurovan 91 rims and rubber - will they fir my 83 Westy? they are 15" - im currently running stock steel 14" - will the size make any differences? good or bad?

Thanks!

I think they do fit, But I am not 100%

The Vanagon bolt pattern is 5 x 112. The stock wheel offset is ET-35. Wheels marked 'ET-45' will therefore sit 10mm closer inwards. This has the advantage of keeping fat tires more under the fenders. If the bolt pattern is the same, the center mub might not be.

Requires substantial enlarging of the center hole to clear front grease caps. Front spacer needed for tire clearance at upper ball joint. Suggest using front studs so all nuts will match and to make room for spacers.

And if they don't fit....I'll take them. I've been looking for a long time for rims for my 99 ev. As long as there alloyed. :D
