I know this topic isn't T3 related but...After 8 long months of waiting and countless hours in the driveway and the garage I finally drove my Westy yesterday :D I got the rebuilt 1600 installed late on Friday night with the help of my good ACVW buddy, Bruce. [I couldn't have done it without his help]. Hooked everything up and cleared up some electrical issues (lights, turn signals). It was only about 2 miles to get some gas (no insurance) but the weather was great 8) , the engine ran like a champ \:D/ and my wife came along or the ride. It's the first time she's ever ridden in it :shock: Now if my Notch ever returns from body/paint...

| Right on! I love both Notch's and Westy's and I am doing the reverse of you: Driving the Notch, waiting for the Westy from the body/paint shop. Nice job on the bus! |
