| Today while looking at my trans I noticed a wire/connection leading out of the gear shift housing. I was not able to follow the wire. The bentley only shows a plug where my wire is. It is directly opposite the selector shaft. What is this for? |

| driver's side? 5 inches forward and 5 up from inner cv joint? Backup switch. |
