Get the phillip screwdriver on the screw and smack it with a hammer. It will come off!!! It is the screw that wont come off??

I can't even find a screw on the crank. The scres on the armrest and door latch are obvious, but where the heck is the screw on the crank?

under the plastic cover? Just pull the cover off and you will see one screw holding it on.

Once you get the panel off you will have to remove the plastic -- from there you should be able to better assess the problem..

There is felt channel in your window track. This could of fallen off track or rotted away from age. Also your window sits on a peice of metal that holds the window from underneath, make sure it isn't loose or broken. Most likely its the channel thats loose or missind felt.
