I was test fitting the new torsion bars into my new warrior beam and I ran across a problem.
The bars wobbled around and slide back and forth about 1/4 inch when I tighted down the allen bolt so I made sure they were centered and tried again and same thing, so I look down inside the beam and see the end of the allen bolt is really pointy like in the pic below. So i take out one of the bolt and see that the the pointy end does no mesh with the recess in the bars at all, either end and each end is different anyway for the arms.
The bolts that are meant to go into the lower part of the adjuster fit perfectly into the torsion recess so I figured maybe they just put the wrong bolts in the adjusters at factory, I tried to screw those in and it gets very tight fast but the ones that came on the beam screw in very easily, but they both screw into the lock nut easily. I am thinking of simply filling down the pointy end until it meshes with the recess, what do you all think?

Did you cut your own torsion leafs using 2 sets from a stock beam?

No I bought them from P.C. They are made for the 6" wider Warrior beam.
The allen bolts fit the recesses fine on the arm end.
