saturday evening i towed the beast to the sand farm for a little run and to test out the new lights i've hooked up. its been pretty hot around here, no fun driving when its nearly 100 degrees outside... i got unloaded at about 8:15 p.m. and took off. i immediately saw a large doe and about 15 minutes later i saw another deer. in the distance i saw a bunch of turkeys gathered along the tree rows. i decided to see how close i could get to the birds. hell i could have run over about half of them. turkeys will run for a long time before the will start flying. soon i had the pack split up and i chased them all several times. one bird was having trouble gaining altitude, he was about 10 feet in front and about the same height as the top of my ride. i must of scared him really good because while he was flying, he took a SHIT!!!!!!

lucky for that turkey, no bird shit landed on my baja

That sounds mean, you should at least have waited for thanksgiving to do that. LOL :)

Damn turkeys are gonna take over the world one day! Why is it that I have to constantly avoid them when I'm driving, but never see a tom when hunting? I even hit 2 at the same time doing about 75 in a malibu, causing about $3000 in damage...

You really need to paint that car to match the General Lee.Forget the IRS conversion and paint it.And dont forget the horn.He-He.

Hill-jag as it sounds, thats what I am going to do...just for fun. I already have the horn. HA! Although I wont be chasing turkeys in it. I prefer to hunt them the old fashioned way...
