Does anyone know the correct hose diameter for the piece that fits on the front end of the heater channel? - Wolfsburg West sent me 1-1/4 inch, but it's too small.

I have the same problem. I ordered off their sketch but it's the wrong size. The tube on the channel is 1 7/8 OD.

The specific size is not mentioned in the various manuals, however it is somewhere around 50mm or 2inches. Do you still have the plastic connecting piece at the top of the hose, which splits it into three? The base of this connecting piece is the same size at the attachment at the bottom of the A-pillar.

Thanks, it didn't even occur to me to measure the other end at the Y-Connector.

I just went out and checked out the Y-Connector, and you're right. It's about 50cm, or 2 inches.
Thanks!

I use regular 2" fresh air hose and a bead of silicone sealentaround the inside. The 2" hose is a loose fit but the silicone (when dry) will hold it in place just fine.
