I finally dug out my back seat in the 61 that i recently bought and the seat back which would normally bolt to the bottom is gone and in its place lies a pice of plywood covered in leather to match it was once drilled into a speaker box so im told but none of the hardware is there what do i do im going to by a new seat but what about all of the pieces where do i buy them no local junkyard has them any help would be great
its a 61 ragtop if that makes a difference.

I have been looking in the classifieds on the samba and on craigslist for a couple of weeks now and i can't seem to find anything. |

I don't know when the seat size changed, but that is a later '60s seat and he's looking for a '61. Might have size issues. |

that's what I was looking for in the ad, couldn't find any detail other than "60's" which of course doesn't help. I can't tell any difference because I've never seen a seat up close from an earlier car, but without him measuring it I guess it would just be a guess.
upon further searching, found this (and it looks to be different than the later-styled seat)

I saw that one but what i need most of all is the hardware. The seats are a dime a dozen but i need all of the pices to go with them, but i really apreate it.
