I ordered an EMPI fitler for my Weber 40 DCNF carb from Chris, and was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. I just purchased a pair of mud flaps for my '64 and they arrived in 2 days. Chris is great to work with and is highly recommended. I'm definately going to be buying more parts from him in the future.

I've purchased things from Chris many times, both via mail and at local shows. Chris is friendly and always easy to deal with. Definately one of the best around.

Bought a windshield from Chris, did a great job packing and marking the box as GLASS, however FedEx still managed to drop it hard enough to chip the one edge (not too bad, covered mostly by seal).

Mentioned it to Chris and he was nice enough to offer me a discount on my next purchase. How many times do you hear that?

Got a set of Redline inserts from him using the discount and was very impressed, super quick shipping on them too!

I thought I had left a feedback for Chris back when I ordered my tray from him, but by looking at this thread it doesn't appear that I did.

Needless to say, the communication and overall transaction was perfect.

got a great used windsheild and new rubber for 50bucks very happy with it.and used them couple years ago when I had my 74 to buy parts after the mcminnville vw shop closed down.

just forwarn if you ever plan on going to the shop make sure you call ahead to see if they are open because they, as per the answering machine msg,"sometimes dont open due to kids" whiched caused a double trip out to salem to get it.

all in all still awesome place.
