| If it's IRS rear then you loosen the bolts on the torsion arms wher they connect to the swing arms (with the car off the ground) and push forward or back depending on what you need. |

Yes you can adjust it yourself, as pointed out already. I'm curious how you plan on measuring it, though. |

Okay, pretty much like I figured. Just wasn't sure if people did this themselves, or just took it down to the local mechanic.

| I would probably try to measure to the center of the wheels, forward and aft. |
