hello,
my 81 aircool westy after installed the 2nd oil seals and o-ring at cooling fan hub it still leaking. i don't know why, anyone can get me ideas what i did wrong :oops: . Can i replace it again without remove the engine ?

| How many miles on the engine? you could have to much wear, do you have an oil psi gauge? |

Check your crankcase ventilation system first. Plugged vent to intake will make excess gas in case puke seals.
Blowing seals also indicative of excess wear on bearings. If you can noticeably move crankshaft fore-aft with hands or pry-bars (not running!) , your thrust wear is excessive and it is rebuild time (I think wear limit is 0.016").
