i got a 64 bug, that has been converted to 12v, but is missing the flasher relay. Does any one make a relay for the 64 models for 12volts? i was told the 67 12v relay wouldnt work, how can i make it work? |

would i be able to just use the stock 6 volt relay, if i put a 12v to 6v power converter on the hot power wire to the relay? |

All you need is the standard Euro-spec 3 terminal flasher relay. The kind with +49, 49a and 31 for the terminal numbers.

Recently converted to 12v as well. Got the wrong flasher as its 4 prong and he original 6v one only has 3. It's a 63 bus so am I right to assume this one would work on that too? |
