Since I didn't have much luck at the other forum I'll try here.

I have a new berrien warrior buggy and was wondering about a few things. It has a link pin front end and IRS rear .

What should the toe in be set at on rail bugggy's?
Rear Tires-31-15.50x30 terra tracs-what tire pressure
front tires 165.75x15 radials-what tire pressure
has a new aftermarket rack & pinion steering, buggy seems to waller around a lot when you make slight course corrections on the road. seems like it is coming from the back end

have all set lifters at .006 and you can still hear them a little when going down the road

One more thing, the shop that built it put a 30-31 pict carb on it. It is a 1915 engine with 041 heads, 69 mm crank, #4062-10 bug pack cam,009 dist.
I'm sure this is to small of a carb for this engine and was wondering about the single 40 or 44 weber and manifold for it.

Is your buggy street legal?

If so, go with the manufacturers recommended tire pressure.

If you are going off road only, about 15lbs. Much lower than that you risk spinning the tire off the rim. If you do want to go lower, put a tube into the tire. Drill the rim out evenly spaced around the bead lip. Cut sheet metal screws long enough to bite the bead of the tire, but not go into the tube. You can run almost no air with bead locked tires.

As for your steering. R&P isnt a good choice for the road. The ratios are much tighter than a stock steering box. A steering stabilizer may help.
