I know you just barely updated this sticky, but I think that tire discussion would be a great link to have in here.

http://www.thesamba.com/vw/forum/viewtopic.php?t=128278

Also includes links to different tire shops and tire discussions.

This was a good recent one too.

I'm trying to figure a good way to arrange the samba links better than just the address itself.

I like how you have kept the samba links together. Maybe you could put in parantheses (right after each link) what each link talks about so that you don't have to click on the link to determine what each topic is about.

You can make the thread subject be the link so it looks like this: Tire Discussion
Code: Tire Discussion

You can also change the text size, color, or style by adding the proper tags around the name.
Make it bold: Tire Discussion
Code: Tire Discussion
Increase the text size: Tire Discussion
Code: Tire Discussion
Change the text to dark red: Tire Discussion
Code: Tire Discussion

Lots of good step by step instructions, w/ slideshow style photos. Hats off to this guy for making a great site.

These guys I've never heard of but looking through the vanagon catalog there are good diagrams.

VW to Napa coolant hose conversions-

From the vanagon.com mail list, courtesy of Edward Maglott who took a box of coolant hoses to a Napa and they let him compare hoses. Here's his VW to Napa conversion chart:
