Different switches, but a smooth installation. Over one year and it's still workin'. I really need to do that write up on mounting the pump in the bottle. Makes it vibration free ;) |

Thanks for sharing this cool idea! Now to find the switch, the Ebay guy mentioned in the link no longer selling, I will try locally.
Your switch looks pretty much like the one in my 71, thanks again ;)

Why drill extra hole for switches?

anything wrong with this switch for wiring my washer pumper. I found it laying around and might as well use it if I can......thanks

| Just use the stock switch. When you remove the button you'll see there's a long plastic tube. Cut out the back of the switch, zip tie your washer button there and when you push the stock button in it will push the washer button and activate the pump. I've had mine for 10 years always works. |
