| Anyone had this happen? My fuse card doesn't show anything for the fuel flap. Not sure what to do other than pry that sucker and probably break it. Any help, thanks. |

| Call your dealer, and have your car's VIN handy; there is very likely an open service bulletin('soft recall') on that piece. 8) |

There is a access panel in black near the fuel door.
POP that out and theres a cord. PULL IT HARD and the door will release.
Its in your owners manual. |

| My beetle has the same problem. I just use a key to pop it up enough to pull it. I've been doing that for months. No worries. |
