Agreed.
Being a 1938, it was a KDF car. IT should have a cog not a later VW emblem. |

| what kind of script (for the year stamp) is that too, too fnacy for a factory tool stamping IMO. And why is the VW logo isn't as deeply stamped as the year. |

The jack that came with my car is exactly like the version posted by Matt (buggen) Not shown is the crank handle which is in the tool roll. It resembles the spark plug removal tool.
