Thought I would post some pictures of my new bus. It needs to have a new bulkhead welded in the po took out and the rear wheel arches welded (I am in the possess). Then it is going to be slammed.
The bare metal side had a 1/4" to a 1/2" of bondo filler the whole length of the bus.

Other side needing replacement

In the process of getting ready to go low.

Looks like alot of work is being done to that Bus. Nice pics, keep us posted.

Thanks, yes it is a lot of work,” I would not have it any other way”. I still need to find a bulk head and weld the other patch panel on the rear. Thankfully the front floor only has small rusted out spots that are not big and will not need a whole patch panel to be used. Other then the fact it looks like it has been hit on every corner it has very little rust problems. Hopefully I will get the suspension sorted out soon.

 ..No need for cutting or fronting for me.....I'll just have to roll up with 3 slammed buses versus his one.. :D

I already hit my damn head on the cab when getting out....if the seat was any higher I'd have black eyes and a busted nose all the time... :x

less padding. you're not hitting your head more, you're just noticing it more.

I'm 6.0 and I don't smack my head getting in a slammed type 2 with a 3 inch tub, I thank you have too much info stored in your head or need to release some air.
