Hiya Blotto,
You might just want to give your local NAPA a try before you go online. Nothing wrong with the online guys, but they do tend to be a bit spendy. Those NAPA locations with a paint mixing service can replicate any of the VW colors (even match it to the actual faded paint on the car) and bottle it in a aerosol can. And they can usually do this for less than the online guys.

I had my local Carquest guys mix up some sage green and they put it in a full size spray can for $12 and it matches perfectly. :D

I picked up my 79 bus back in 97 and in the glove box was an OEM can of L63 Taiga Grun paint from the early 80's! I could not bear to break the seal on it so it still sits there in the house like some stupid paperweight .......

I've used preval aerosol paint sprayers before. The advantage is that you can mix in the hardener then spray. When I looked into ordering paint in spray cans several years ago I was told by the Sherwin Williams guy that they could fill the cans but would not be able to add the hardener needed for the paint I was using. Anyhow, here's their website..

I found these kits at local paint stores before. |

Look Online for "Tower Paint" in Wisconsin. They do perfect car color code spray cans of enamel. My Mexico Beige is dead on. I think $14 per can.

Anybody know of a shop in washington that will do this? I am having a heck of a time finding someone who will do it for me. All I can find is the glass jar with paint in it and propelled by a Co2 cartridge. Any info is much appreciated.

Find a local auto paint supply store. They can mix any color usually if you have the paint code. Some of them have a device that you sit on the paint of your vehicle and it matches almost exact. I had cans mixed up last summer for $10 a can. Only problem though was they only sold a minimum of six cans.
