I think we'll stay with the cruise part. Rain or shine, we cruise! Let's tear up the P-Town night!

I'll be getting the flyers out this week.

IF YOU HAVE NOT EMAILED ME TO BE PUT ON THE EMAIL LIST, EMAIL ME AT tony@aircooledshop.com

i cant make it this month. i got my wife some tickets to a show in the city and forgot it was on the second friday. gotta keep the pregnant wife happy.

Tony you live just around the block from me you should come by and hang out sometime.

volkswagen60 Wed Jan 04, 2006 11:19 am

Gotta keep the wife happy. At the end of the day we as husbands have to ask ourselves 1 question: "Is my wife happy?"

That's the bottom line, if the wife is not happy than not much else matters and nothing else can be enjoyed.

Ya, we can get together sometime...I know you're doing some work to the '61 so PM and let me know and maybe I can swing by and help out. 8)

There was four of us there all togather Banzia KG(Ghia of cores) a guy named Reages (bay window camper) and im bad at remembering names but a guy with a 63 panel also.Im sure it will get beter as the weather gets beter.Anyway it was good to take the old car for a drive its been awile since i drove it that far.Oh and i would have called but i did,nt see that until today.Brian

jroymcd Sat Jan 14, 2006 12:34 pm

COOL, lets try to keep it going i will be there next month rain or shine. did you guys make it over to the round table? how did that work out. next time i will make sure i dont buy tickets for something on the same night.

next one would be 2/10/06

regis101 Sat Jan 14, 2006 12:51 pm

I was one of the four from last night. I was surprised to see that the others were from out of the tri-valley area. Dedication at its finest. It ended up being a small world as I seemed to be connected to Brian and Jennifer with the "six degrees of separation" thing. I recognized Banzai from the Tracy and BLTN club. And I believe it was Mike who had the 63 Panel from Hayward. I myself live in LA ( aka, Livermore Area ). I am drawn to the casualness of the way Tony set up this gathering. I don't see myself as a club type person but I love gatherings. Go figure. See yins next month. Peace out, Regis

Thanks Regis. I don't want to promote it as a "club". It's basically a time, a place, a "community" gathering to do something in the area. Which I do plan on making it to in February.

BirdLives Sat Jan 14, 2006 1:45 pm

I drove by the In-N-Out just after 8:30 and didn't see anybody from the freeway. I guess if there were only 4 of you might have just missed you. Then I went down to Round Table and nobody there either. Did you guys end up going somewhere else?

Sorry to hear about the 80% drop in attendance from last month, probably because of the forcast. Glad to hear it is still going though... we've got to keep it up - east bay is starved for aircooled activities.

jroymcd Sat Jan 14, 2006 2:10 pm

yeah, only a few more months of winter. if we can just keep it going til spring we wiil have a good turn out. its hard starting a gathering in the winter.

regis101 Sat Jan 14, 2006 2:25 pm

We were in the middle of the parking lot maybe a tad closer to the Comp USA side. I think a HS game was on last night. Lots of younger people jammed into the In-N-Out. I found out about P-Town from Bianca who puts on the Tracy club at Wally's Burger stand.
