Stupid question here
A couple of days ago my daughters car had a puddle on the floor. I thought it was from the heavy rains the night before since we had a new windshield installed a few months ago.
If it is the heater core would her defrost and heater still work? |

| As long as some hot coolant is going thru the heater core the cabin will be heated (although not as well as with a fully functioning heater core). If you look at the fluid you should be able to compare to the fluid on the radiator reservoir and determine if it is coolant mix or just rain water. |

smell is a good indacator..
i can smell anti freeze anyplace..
don't know how hard it will be to change,
but if the insides of the windows steam up when running the defroster
it's more then likely bad |
