Ive got a 68 ive been building up for the past year. I got a new adjustable beam and some urethane (prothane) bushing for the front beam. The upper/lower inner/outer bushings wont fit with the bearings in the beam. How do you get these things in? Do I have to cut them up, take the bearing out, or something else? Im stuck.

put the urethane bushings in the trash can. you have needle bearings you need to grease. but that is just my opinion.
