Very cool fastback, what do you guys think? Is this a decent type 3 and what do you guys think is a fair price? Here is the Ebay link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...AMEWA%3AIT

it is alot nicer than the one I bought 2 years ago for 1600 I like that car alot are you thinking about buying it?

Yes I'm thinking about it. I used to have a 64 notch with a sunroof that sold when I bought my house. But I have been out of the scene for so long, I just not sure how much they go for these days. Thanks for the info. I'm also looking at some locally too. So I guess I'm just window shopping right now.

it is a good looking fasty with the original FI still intact, but: glovebox doesn't stay closed and there is rust in the heater channels - just from the pics...

I probably wouldn't go any higher than $2k, but that is just me...

it is also listed here on the samba as well:

I like my '69 Fastbacks free, with the motor in pieces in the trunk and holes in the floor, missing bumpers with Type 1 t-bars...

Oh, sorry. Too high asking price. $2K tops for me too.
