I was going to leave the top a single shear because the bottom trailing arm is only a single shear. Plus the Tweed beam with towers is only a single shear. |

| so any idea on a turn key price yet? I'm really wondering about a turnkey minus the front clip but still with the wheels and rack. So basically everything needed to build a a-arm manx minus the front suspension. |

Still working out the prices for rollers or turnkeys
We are working on an "J" arm one now. In kit form will ad $2000 more to the price. That will include front spindles, all heim joints, grade 8 bolts and tie rods. |

I'd suggest you double shear the top mount. The Tweeds uppers bend once you bottom the coilovers out. Not saying yours will bend, but if the bolt snaps instead at the top, it will make alot of expensive damage ramming thru the fiberglass. If the bottom breaks less damage will occur.
Looks nice. What travel are you getting out of it? |

I've been building a new 2332 VW engine this week for the car. Also been getting all the parts together so I'll be ready to finish assembly in the next week or two.

Here's some pictures of the latest A-arm project for Scott of MGM. Steve at Minor Fab (who is doing all the fab work) was trying to get a J-arm set up to work with this body but it just worked out better an A-arm set up.

With the new body you have to run the tank in the back behine the back seat. It would be alot of work to get the tank up front because the hood will not come off the body. |
