| It had to get rebuilt, due to a loud siren-like noise, and i figured it wasnt the cable.. so upon doing so, Orange Empire Speedometers, the guy that does the speedos for wolfsburg west, rebuilt it, and i wanted it detailed, so i sent in the paint sample, and he did it.... looks nice huh? i have a more detailed shot of it somewhere... its a perfect match, and even the needle has a small stripe with the blue... |

i like the color. it jumps out at you and says "pow, bitch!"
and the speedo is pretty cool too, good idea. i bet it's pretty hard to pull of on some colors, but it looks great with the blue on the car. |

| to let you know jim, he matched it with model paint, same stuff you use on cars, but i could have easily sent him the dupont color.... now as for jasons questions, the turn signal light has been matched to the color, as the idiot lights are original green and red, and the light is just a regular stock speedo light... i would love to do the gas gauge, as it is not working correctly, and i dont want a brazillian gauge in my car... btw, the color is 1970 Ford Mustang "Grabber Blue" |
