I'm getting ready to replace the whole passenger side of the pan on my '66. I bought the replacement piece already, and I was wondering if anybody had any tips for the process, you know, problems you ran into and how you fixed it, tips to make it easier, that kinda stuff. We're going to try and do it without removing the body from the pan.

Second the comment on the BugmeVideo.com tapes - they're great and make it all very clear.
Here are stills of the video with text on how to do your pan:

Get lots of knuckels, band-aids, and tripple antibiotic. You'll need them!
