I need help finding the VIN on a 1969 buggy. I have to find it to get a title here in FL on a buggy that came from GA. it is not behing the drivers seat. Can anyone help?

It should be on the tunnel right behind the e brake and just foward of the shift coupler. In this area:

If you're in Florida and you're registering a buggy bought from Georgia, don't you need a bill of sale and last registration? No title needed, of course.
How are you gonna register it on VIN alone? |

| I have the bill of sale and the last tag receipt from Georgia, those are worthles without being able to show the tag office the VIN on the vehicle. They must make a visual inspection of the VIN on any out of state vehicle, even new ones, before they issue a FL title. Since I did not know where the VIN was.......you know |
